I have just received a message from Richard to say you have recently  taken over running the Greenhills Hotel.
My name is Joyce and I have booked in a group of people to stay with  you on the 14th May to the 16th May. I would just like to confirm this  booking along with deposits/full payments already made by members of  my group.
There may be some late comers to the group who will book individually  under either the X9 group name or using my name as reference.

FYI went down to the hotel this morning and the new owners are up to their necks in a refurb.
The bedrooms have been done and the bar is underway...

They seem very nice and professional and are looking forward to your visit.

I also needed to get a brekkie price for the www.maxi-touring.co.uk members that will be coming down for the ride  (about 6)
